Great video. One thing to note is that a lot of SMBs use 3rd party vendors to run their online businesses, that is why there could have a lot of platform and payment issues, because they "pay for use". How about "pay for build and free to use" as long as you want, it makes things a lot easier. if could have your entire online all-in-one platform built at a fraction of the cost you are currently paying "to use" and get it done in short amount of time, will you be interested ?

Instead of building your SOPs just in case someone gets hit by a bus, I like to keep it more positive. "Just in case you win the lottery!" Additionally, in SMB we occasionally see people that are afraid to teach others what they know because they think it's job security. I like to help them understand that it will never endanger their job to build SOPs, but it will make it a lot easier for me to promote them once I know that someone else can backfill the position.

How do you do a Seller Financed Deal via a Business broker. From my, very ignorant, point of view; they would like to get their commission as soon they can get it and would not want to facilitate a deal where their payday is deferred over a number of years.
