My seedlings are about 4 inches tall. At what temp are they hardy to? I'm in zone 7 & after hardening off, when should I plant out?

Hi, thank you for watching! As a general guideline, most lupins are tolerant of temperatures down to about 20°F (-6°C) once they are established. Typically you should wait until the danger of frost has passed in your area. In Zone 7, this generally means after the last expected frost date, which can vary depending on your specific location! Generally, if they have a couple of their true leaves, you should be okay to plant out. Hope this helps.
