As below, you didn't torque the bolts, why? Also, this appears to be a typical garage job, because you never checked or lubed the sliding pins or cleaned the calipers. Some people argue it shouldn't be done, but in my fifty years of changing brake, I do as I was taught and put copper-grease on the caliper contact surfaces. The few times I have taken my vehicle to a garage over the years to have the pads replaced, I have always had to take it home and lube it myself to get rid of the squeal.

How do you know how to adjust the 'hand'brake, i see dat he ajusts it with the screwdriver through te hole. I think them brakeshoes for the handbrake almost don't wear but i see him adjust it quite a lot.

Tighten until the disk doesn’t turn, then go back 7 teeth. This ensures that the handbrake pads are close to the drum, but not touching :-)

Hi how long can you drive a mercedes vito 115 once break worn light comes on?

Thank you for your feedback.You should not operate the car in case of faulty lighting, especially in the dark. Whenever possible it is better to quickly replace all the faulty parts of the lighting. Best regards, Autodoc!

Hi, when i try to take the discs off it feels like its being pulled back in by something.. the handbrake is off.. any ideas?

Basically, the sensors are connected to the pads themselves, but there are electrical sensors and a sound wear sensor, to check which sensor is on your car we need the complete data of your car.
