I spotted a fault! ***That number plate bracket needs to be one piece or have a keyed/dovetailed surface where it fixes to the motor to stop it from vibrating into an awkward position if it came loose, biting into the wheel or breaking off and becoming shrapnel back towards the rider. I love this gorgeous bike please give me one!

The tyre changing place will have some issues in balancing the tyre and you should not use thread lock material but a thread resistance material (it does not make the bolts stuck but resists them falling off due to vibration).

The wheel practically never needs to be balanced because of our precisely made components and the physics involved. With the correct tire installation, the possibility of any imbalance is very small. If it is for some reason necessary to balance the wheel, it is done in the machine same way with an adapter as with other special rims. Our engineers have found the materials used in the video best for these practices.

@@vergemotorcyclesI understand the wheel could be good enough that balancing it would not be required, but the tyre itself can have inbalance. See for instance a quote from michelin about tyre balancing: "Because of its main material (rubber), a tyre cannot be perfectly round. This is why every tyre fitted to a wheel must be balanced, even when the tyre is new." Is it possible to balance it the tyre? I also would like to see the tire removal and installation. Anyway, a wonderfull design, I would love to ride it once.

You show how to remove the rear wheel. Useful, but not what the video title states. How do you change the tire? My other question I'm still looking for an answer to is how much does that entire rear assembly weigh? Swingarm and everything attached? AKA, the unsprung weight. So far, the materials available from the compay are only serving to convince me not to touch one. Sorry guys.

Interesting video but what if you have a flat in the back of beyond. No nice clean fully equipped workshop around. Good technology still for a city use only vehicle.

Right, every time I get a flat on my bike in the middle of nowhere I can just hit it with a grease covered hammer to fix it. New technology sucks.

Right, adding 5 minutes to ever tire change sucks especially since i don't have any chain/belt/shaft maintenance to do to occupy my time. New technology sucks.

Tyre changing machines usually hold the wheel rim so it won't make much difference. The real question is how you balance the wheel.

Have you also got some super special tires then? Have never found a well-balanced tire from normal supplier. Should always balance wheel and tire as soon as can after replacement has been fitted.

Right, I would rather save that 5 minutes and add chain/belt/shaft maintenance intervals. Plus how am I gonna get everything covered in grease removing 30 bolts. New technology sucks.

still not added a motor cable cover that wont wear if bike goes down on a wet road and the cables get worn through electrocuting the rider and any one who comes to help !!!!!!!!!!!

That’s not how it works 😂 Of course there are systems in place to stop current automatically if cables get broken. Whether cables are visible or not doesn’t affect this.

Lol, I haven't seen any materials where it would show those cables being so far out that would even get damaged in a slide. Besides why would you get power throught them anyway after crash, please elaborate what you're so afraid of?

🤣🤣 you watched way too many cartoons as a kid and forgot to go to physics class. An exposed wire won't hurt anyone unless they touch it directly while under load.
