Hi Excellent video. I have milky oil, so suspect the water seals. Can you supply the water seal kit? Also is there a particular lubricant you recommend. Thanks and hope you can help. Yours Greg

Hi Greg yes we supply any kranzle part 👍 Your oil chamber will need stripping and cleaning to prevent milky oil that is left in mixing with the new kranzle-pressure-washers.co.uk/collections/seals/products/genuine-kranzle-14-mm-water-seal-kit-49053-fit-new-7-122-10-122-models

The white grease is a water repellent lithium grease, I will try to find the name of it. 👍

I have replaced the lance hose on my machine and now the seal kit following your excellent video. However my kranzle every three or four minutes re pressureises can you help ?

Yeah sure, l👀k for leaks 1st, (any leaks) or even water coming out of the nozzle when trigger closed Sort any leaks If it still happens then it’s an internal leak most likely the out let valve take off and clean 👍

I have cleaned the inlet filter and removed and cleaned the drain bolt I’ll change the washers on the hose line and get back to you on Monday day I’ll probably call you guys Thank you for your response

So my Kranzle 1322 has zero pressure when I turn it on. I have not replaced the seals yet like you just did. Do you think there is a possibility that changing these could bring that pressure back? Thx!

Silicon? The grease I use is a water resistant lithium grease and only use a small amount 👍 hope this answers the question

Seals can last for years, personally i would only change seals if they leak or if i find them lose in the pump when i service the machine

Can worn out packing cause no pressure even though its not leaking water from the housing and oil is not milky?

NO your machine if brand new should not leak from anywhere, I would take it back to the shop you bought it from for inspection

I have got milky oil so is it just this kit. I have another machine that leaks oily water so am thinking the oil seal kit too?

Milky oil is not always a case to change the water seals, it is possible that the oil housing has had moisture in it like condensation and may just need the oil changing. if oil or water leaks from the pump then yes you will need to change the seals. find us on instagram @kranzle_ and contact me if you need help

I will strip out all the seals and clean off to see if any contamination. Can you replace damaged ones only or is it hard to see and obvious marks in seals?

if you see any damage on the seal it is best to just change the whole kit, otherwise you may have to strip the machine again soon as all the seal have had the same amount of work

yes it may help if you have a water leak, sometimes milky oil is just a little moisture in the oil chamber like condensation and may just need cleaning out

@@KranzlePressureWashers I was able to take it apart and found the culprit of the milky oil which was a leaky seal. However the parts have been stuck at customs all week!!!

im not exactly sure in "oz" but there should be a dipstick for you to check oil levels

Very hard to find seal , thousand different pump ,and even if you think on internet coast more den New pump . For tree rubber seal just none sanse

Sorry not sure what your on about, the link for the seals that are in stock is in the description??, it’s nowhere near the cost of a new pump?? In the seal kit there are 6 seals, 6 washers, 3 support disk and instructions
