It's amazing how repairable these Kranzle units are! I have a couple old ones I'm rebuilding and it's fun. They are expensive but if they last 10+ years....then they are actually chepaer than a $200 unit that you have to replace every 2 years. or about the same price.

Hey man I just gotta thank you. My 1322 was leaking like crazy (when I took it apart it had 5 washers instead of 6) and with your help I was able to get it rebuilt. Thank you so much!

Good video and u did well, informative and is what most will expect when working with this type of machine...If i may suggest, i would take off the oil housing plate so you can clean the oil housing thoroughly from the oil and water mix because any trace of that will contaminate your new oil and will get milky again after that inspect the plungers for any gauging or un even marks (replace if there is severe gauging) and take note, i would also recommend buying a ultra sonic cleaner that can fit your pump head, it'll make your cleaning and maintenance a breeze. Also torque meter and if iirc max tq is no more than 21 ft lbs for the bolts. Move the cord from the front to the rear there are holes already in place and cap the front, it'll save your power cord. Invest on viton and parbaks seals and a good silicone grease. i would also check the 6 plungers and clean them using the ultrasonic cleaner. Lastly i would clean the housing very well as the fins act as heat exchanger if their dirty ur Kranzle motor would be running hot than the usual.
