Madam the issue is as soon as we clean and keep it, it starts to fade in colour. Ultimately by evening ,it goes back to the original colour which was there before washing. Please suggest ways other than washing to preserve the condition of copper vessels 😊🙏🏻

Shankaranarayanan Gopalan true... it happens! By using some kind of grease..such as a layer of Vaseline, on the outer surface of copper... you can prevent copper corrosion 👍👍

It's probably the green from oxidized copper. Wearing gloves might help.
