The app never recognized my keypad (after 45 mins of trying everything). Had fun throwing it down the street and watch it smash into pieces. Worth the 50$US

If I buy a used one, can I reset it? The second question, if I reset it may also the thief reset it?

Well, I bought one because we have home care visiting my father twice a day but the app only allows you to set one start time and one stop time per day per user so you can't narrow the visit time to the individual visits but must allow most of the day to be open to the nurse attendants. I suppose I could set up two user accounts for the attendants if the app allows me to set the entry codes to be the same (I've only been able to hit a randomize entry code button so manually setting one account to have the same entry code as another might not be possible. This keypad is a battery hog. The initial factory provided alkaline batteries which were Energizers in my case, only lasted a month in power save mode before the low battery email arrived. I'm now trying some 1100 maH NiMH rechargeable but I suspect they will give me substantially less battery life and less warning of battery depletion.

So far hate the lock because setup instructions don’t exist. How do I set my own codes for this keypad? Wish you had covered that,

I was away from the door and now after the first error the blink lights are not there anymore. I have removed the batteries but I can't make it blink again

Does anyone know how to factory reset this keypad?
