I know I consistently make bad rice because I always follow the package instructions but never considered my rice cooker. Thank you, I will do some experiments now 😊

How to make sushi vinegar is Rice vinegar : sugar : salt = 4:2.5:0.5. And add some lemon. Mix the rice with this at rice : sushi vinegar = 8:1

This is good enough for home cookers. But at restaurants we add some other stuffs too. But you should be ok with this simple recipe.

I just use the same amount of water and rice everytime in the rice cooker...1 cup rice to 1 cup water...works everytime not really rocket science lol
