here is nutritional tip. To preserve green leaf nutrients you don't ever want to cook high heat. Extra virgin olive oil has smoke point of 375 degrees F - once over 375 the oil begins to break-down and oxidize which can produce carcinogens in humans. If you absolutely insist on cooking your food on high heat use Macadamia Nut Oil that has smoke point of 413.

Good idea with kale I put olive oil on my hands and rub all the kale leaves it gets on all the kiale before you put it in the pan ,then you don't have to worry about trying to get enough oil on all the leaves .just like when you make kale chips it's strep throat easy so just put some oil on your hands and then rub the kale

You did great, I like: garlic and vinegar I just cut kale little and then just cook for 5 mints (greens only can cook for 5 or less, if you want to eat nutrients). Thanks

Don't agree with frying the kale in that way. It is better to add a small amount of boiling water, olive oil or coconut oil, chopped garlic then cover the pan and steam for 5 minutes. This is tasty.

heat up the pan as hot as it gets, in with the kale and then with a lid you throw in a splash of water and then on with the lid directly. It will create steam which is hotter than boiling water and the kale will wilt down in no time. The kale will be more better! :D

Don't have to add water if you: Turn the heat WAY down. Cover the pan; Add more oil at the start. Electric heat is the bane of those who love to cook. The coils retain way too much heat and burn everything.

I was wondering what he did when he took the pan away...did he add water because he didn't say.

Sorry but noooooo if you burn the garlic like that it makes the taste awful , kale mixed into tomatoe based sauces like for lasagna or spaghetti is hardly noticeable but useless , to absorb this veggie properly you need a good fat base , like real homemade coconut milk squeeze in a clothe from blender prep w water , add banana , coconut milk and kale thats been lightly steamed....for a great morning shake or light lunch.
