Does your back feel locked up and tight between the shoulder blades and it just feels like it needs to be released with a pop or crack?
In this video, Dr. Rowe shows you how to safely crack your back between your shoulder blades for INSTANT RELIEF.
He goes over THREE WAYS to self adjust your upper and middle back to hit that spot around the scapula, or shoulder bones.
That way you'll be able to release pressure in the back QUICKLY, and get the pop or crack you're looking for. They can be done at home or work, pretty much ANYPLACE and ANYTIME!
Watch now and take one step towards better health!

First time I’ve ever commented on a KZfaq video. My back has had low level pain for half a decade. Constant. I always tried to crack it with a foam roller, but forgot how to use it. I did the door frame method. Instant relief. Instant. My back feels better than it has in literally five years. I’m astounded. I can already feel it tensing again, that’s how tight my back is... but I’m excited to try this again. Thank you.

THIS is the back pain video I've needed. Between my old job sorting bottles all day (VERY repetitive motion, plus I'm too tall for the sorting table so I had to hunch over), the fact that clothes my size never have big enough shoulders, and that backpacks (especially heavy ones) compress my shoulders together, this last half of a year has been killing this exact spot.

I have always used the method 1 to open my thoracic up. Similar to method 2, I used a small household pillow in stead of the roller. Effect is not as good but it works as well. Idea is to lean back up and give the shoulder blades space to move way behind their normal position while building tension up between them. Works for me satisfactorily. Nice to have a validation here!!!

Holy heck the one with the beginning helped and there's only mild pain but a whole lot better. Ugh my chiropractor who just did their job days ago ask me to come again afraid that it's "loose" in the socket again just because I called back and mention it's slight uncomfortable and only a tiny pain. They did their adjustment alread. If i didn't find you I could've cough up another $50 for just a simple 1 min solution I heard only tiny cracking sound. Thank you! Literally the pain minimize by 80%

You have helped me a lot over these last few months. Its been a journey to get my body back to where it used to be. Had a major shoulder injury that messed up the muscles in my neck arm and back. Several different techniques helped me, yours have been most consistent and your videos are straight to the point and easy to understand. The foam roller got my back to pop in the spot that ive needed for weeks if not months
