To your point Chez I like to keep a “jar” in my mind of at least 2or3 things I am proud of or accomplished it doesn’t have to be extravagant and will very from individual but I will go to this jar in times of need and say to myself “ Hey I did that, I can do this!” In times where I need a little more

i was feeling exactly how you described in the video yesterday. Negative thoughts induced more negative thoughts and dragged me down. Forced myself to jump rope for 10 mins then did some pushups. Immediately felt better about myself. That one positive action stopped thr negative thought train
