Wish this was explained clearer on the site. All it tells me is WHY I should upgrade then acts like I'm not even signed in when I clearly am. VA sure loves making things difficult.

FYI, Busch Gardens in Tampa has a program called Waves of Honor. They give active duty, reserve, and veterans four free tickets for their families a year. That's about $800. It's super easy and it's an instant vacation for military families.

Note: California ID me account had been set in the past and your identify has been verified with out the documents its because not all agency have the same requirements, mine was created 2019, once a account with (ID ME) has been created it will NOT allow you to go back in the account to uploaded the documents required by EDD, and if you elect to close your (ID Me Acct) it takes 7 to 10 buss-days in order for them to clear the account, before your able to create other account, I submitted several requests to Id-Me Tech support with no success. Mailed certified my documents of concerned prior to reaching Edd dead line,

There are a few different ways to verify, and email is one of them, but you should be able to try another option. Are you active duty or veteran status?

I was verified, still not recognized to be verified by SSA or UI. I think it is THE worst business app I've ever used. The further I can distance my accounts from them the better.

Its definitely glitchy, but sadly more and more places are requiring it for access, which seems backwards! It should make accessibility better, not more complicated.

If you go to a search browser, you can go to the national archives website ( www.archives.gov/veterans ) and request a copy of your personnel & medical service records. These will help get you started with many things.

If any of the links on their site for verification worked we might be able to get it done. Unfortunately this site works about as well as early Obamacare stuff, so not at all. All links broken, cant contact any actual humans to work it out etc. Virtual assistant is useless, only leads to dead ends etc.Typical human stuff these days. Just the standard 24/7 failure of humans on grand display.
