What if there is incorrect information? Pershing vamc in Missouri in Missouri labels you as problematic, uncooperative. And it remains. Call the hotline who contacts vamc. And it is simply disregarded.

That stupid report downloads everything single email as well. Emails between you and your doctor should not be in a typical medical report. Especially one that you may need to share with an outside doctor.

Nothing with the VA is private, it is all recorded which can be to your benefit too!! It helps you to create a paper trail and continuity of care. This is a positive it you let it be!

You will have to wait until the VA has made a decision on your claim to request your results. Once you have a decision, you will need to submit a FOIA for your exam results. Here is a quick video! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gZqXZKyHrbrKp3U.html

Hi! How can I see if my pcp determined a diagnosis? I spoke with my va pcp about an issue and he sent me some Rx for said condition. But for my claim I need a diagnosis.

When you download your Blue Button report, you can search it for your "problem list" or ICD-codes; those would be official diagnoses.

Mine only showes my records since I’ve been out, nothing while I was in service is there a reason for that?

Yes! Your VA records are just that, the records since you started at the VA and exited the military. Your in-service records live at the national archives, and you can request them following the tutorial here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jN5koM55nrDbfoU.html

I was told by a C&P examiner I am not allowed to have my exam results until the VA has either approved or disapproved my claim. So what I have done is paid for a private exam so I can see my results immediately after testing.

That is always a big part of the VA claims process, having positive medical documentation supporting your claim. The C&P exams are often a bit biased, so getting a private opinion is smart! Just make sure that your new evidence is included with your claim package and reviewed.

@@TheVeteranCoach Talk about your bias. My C&P sleep study doctor didn't even interview me. When I did receive my sleep study notes from him only got them because my private doctor asked for them the sleep study doctor claimed I was obese and needed to lose weight as the cure. I am not even fat. Fortunately, I have witnesses verifying my sleep apnea occurred while serving in the military and I included it with my claim plus a nexus letter stating my sleep apnea occurred from being exposed to loud air craft. The VA isn't fair to us veterans. Thank you for your reply.

I've done this, I dated it back to my May 2012 (enlistment) to today's date (2021 Nov 21). There is 19 pages all saying "Self-Entered" on each PDF page.... Very confusing. I did MRI and sleep study roughly a month ago. I just want to know my results.

If the MRI and sleep study were done directly through the VA, all results should be in your Blue Button Report within 30 days of your exam or appointment. If it was done at outside facility or community care, it will likely need to be requested directly from that office.

Also, make sure to select all document types in case you missed the check box, so that labs, imaging, and everything is being pulled up.

Just did this and it's garbage results. There is nothing on my file only "Self-Reported" this blue button didn't help me with anything. Why didn't the VA update my file?

Hey there! What records are you trying to download? If you are looking for C&P exam results, you may have to do a FOIA to request them if it was with a contracted examiner outside of the VA. Make sure to select all document types as well to make sure you are getting everything they have for you. Let me know how I can help!!
