HOW TO CROCHET SIMPLE BABY SHOES/BOOTIES 0-3 MONTHS

In this tutorial I will show you how to make these gorgeous dainty baby shoes. They are very easy to make and very simple and cute. The tutorial is for 0-3 months using a DK yarn and 3.5mm crochet hook. For other sizes you may use
Newborn -3mm hook
3-6 months 4.5mm hook

Hi there! I got them from Amazon but I have seen them on eBay too. I never knew what they are actually called. Type baby plastic shoe insert displays and they will pop up! Sorry if it sounds vague but it depends on how it’s advertised for sale So best try all options 😆

Thank you so much! I would try a 5mm hook with yarn no 4 and exactly the same pattern . That may work. I will try and do a tutorial for the 6-9 months asap x

Oh lovely! You can use a 4.5mm hook for 3-6 months. It’s exactly the same pattern. Keep a look out. I will modify the pattern for a 6-9 months soon. Thanks

you say “i go here” but you don’t show up-close what hole your going into or exactly where your going. would be nice if you slowed down and zoomed in at times

Just checked I did mention 3.5mm crochet hook and have mentioned In the description box also. But thanks for the tip . Can forget these things which are important. I may have done so on other tutorials but I’ll check. X

Hi! Might be your tension is too tight? Try with a 4mm hook. Always measure the sole before doing the top part of the shoe. If the hook I am using does not work for your crocheting then go a size up. X
