These tips are for whoever is learning how to dance, 1. Learn how to dance, Bachata, then Salsa, Balada, Tango. 2. Learn arm movements like on the vid. Not always you will find a dancing partner so dance by your own, even though this sounds awkward, but it will help you get of rid of the sense of awkwardness on your body and by so, you will get the courage of dancing more, then take a lady out. 3. Blend in with people (Strangers). 4. Arm movements are for the person you are dancing with, the rest is for the people watching everyone dance that includes you.

When I dance, my arms are dangling around everywhere and it looks like a mess. Do you have any tips?

honestly practice is really the only way to fix that. I started dancing around 8 months ago and don't have problems anymore with awkwardness with my arms, and it's just because I practiced.
