How to decide if I should take a demotion at work. Watch if you're struggling to make the tough decision of whether or not to accept a demotion. Taking a step back in your career might not have been part of your overall career plan but it doesn't have to be a bad thing.
In the career world, most people are proud to share with friends and family, and sometimes even acquaintances, when they get a new job title or promotion.

Despite its negative connotations, there are situations in which a demotion could be the right choice for you.

I want to help you get the job of your dreams! I founded the job board hirediverse.ca (jobs.hirediverse.ca/) to connect diverse professionals with employers who value inclusion.

But so is perpetuating the dishonesty that bias is history. So, I’ve taken my experiences to create a job board and content that focuses on inclusion.
