I ate a special mushroom back in the year 2000. I still get flashbacks so I would say that is 22 years of preservation.

Cool vid. I pickled laccaria yesterday. Yummy with soft cheese on crackers. 14 hours? I dried porcini in my dehydrator in 6.5 hours at 55 degrees I have a square one.

make a meat safe with fly mesh i do jerky in mine billtong i put a coputer fan i joend the wires with a old phone charger works good i yous the fan in doors
