Thank you so much Mam. Your video was very helpful, I straightaway began with chakrasana and I couldn't even lift my head for 1 nanosecond, I didn't quite believe about what you said in the video that you could do it in 5 days, but I still tried and on the 3rd day only I could lift my head for like 30 seconds, now I can do the chakrasana very nicely, and I have recommended your video to my friends. Thanks so much mam, keep up the good work.
