True! Irony is - it was the responsibility of Isha Foundation to provide this to people registered for Inner Engineering and Shambhavi but at the end participants had to look out at youtube search.

I was wondering how to keep the arms and legs parallel to each other and perpendicular to the ground. That trick of arm length and a palm from the knees works perfectly. Thanks madam.

It will a great help if you could make a video on Vipassana meditation. It is the last step of Shambhavi Mahamudra. I am unable to do it properly. you have covered very kriya in great detail. so it is a humble request. Thanks
