I’m using these poles to help me rehab my legs and back after a serious break to my left femur and injury to my spine. The injuries left me with a bad Trendelenberg gait and posture problems. After using these gadgets for only a week, I’m seeing improvements in both posture and gait. My recommendation to other users is to walk slowly and focus on posture and form. Make every step as perfect as possible. Feel the muscles engage.

I have been walking with these new Activator poles lately. I was inactive for decades truthfully. I have a question: I'm finding that since beginning this activity I have soilre muscles in the lower part of my shoulder? Is this normal? Any suggestions for this type of ache.

Thanks. This video shows a notably different technique to u'r other video on Nordic walking. I am guessing this is because it aimed at walkers with a different set of needs?
