If you have varicose veins you do not have ‘bad’ blood, you have damaged valves in the veins. Only approve in procedure will fix this problem.

Here's how to approach it: 1. Low-Impact Exercises: Focus on exercises that are gentle on the knees and promote circulation without putting excessive strain on the veins. Examples include swimming, cycling. 2. Strengthening Exercises: Incorporate exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint to provide better support and stability. This can include leg lifts, hamstring curls, and calf raises which are good for varicose veins as well . 3. Range of Motion Exercises: Perform gentle range of motion exercises to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness in the knee joint. These may include knee flexion and extension exercises, ankle circles, and heel slides. 4. Cardiovascular Exercises: Include cardiovascular exercises to improve overall fitness and circulation, which can benefit both the knees and varicose veins. Walking, water aerobics, and stationary cycling are good options. 5. Compression Therapy: Consider using compression stockings or wraps to support the veins and reduce swelling while exercising. Ensure proper fitting and compression level as per the patient's needs. 6. Monitoring and Adjustments: Continuously monitor symptoms and adjust the exercise program as needed to ensure aggravating condition. By customizing the physiotherapy exercises to accommodate both knee pain and varicose veins, you can experience improved function, reduced pain, and enhanced overall well-being. Kiastm and massages also help. Initial stages it can definitely get cured with exercises and proper massages.

Exercise can help alleviate some symptoms associated with varicose veins, such as discomfort and swelling, by improving circulation and strengthening leg muscles. However, exercise alone cannot "fix" varicose veins. We also do laser and KIASTM in our clinic to reduce symptoms.
