Thanks for sharing! An elephant in the room that wasn’t mentioned is that copper-activated lysyl oxidase is what regulates collagen and elastin in the human body. Copper also activates oxygen to make Mg-ATP, it activates the antioxidants, and it manages safe iron recycling in the human body. It also helps put iron in heme and heme in hemoglobin. Morley Robbins is Da Guy when it comes to importance, and nuance, of bio-copper in the human body. Read his book Cure Your Fatigue.

I ate beans , seeds , their oils and veggies for over 40 years, and thought was healthy, always feeling bloated and hungry! 😅 no thank you! I eat meat and meat products and feel happier and healthier now😊

I couldn't agree more.... animal products are the most nutrient rich and nurturing, satiating foods to eat.... for me.... that's my secret :)... the rest of the world can do as they please...

Cystic acne sufferers need to look at cleaning and detoxing their lymphatic system via kidneys. Try a diet that is low in oxalates to give the kidneys a break, citrus fruits to break down the mucus build up and to clean the cells. You want to get a sluggish lymphatic system moving again and the cysts will dissolve away, and be flushed out!

I would never use sunscreen.... especially on children...I find this a very damaging recommendation

at least, Anthony was transparent enough to highlight the serious risks associated with ''' some '''of the sunscreens.... having listened to it, it doesn't really instil much trust in the safety of the products... yes, they are efficacious.... but at what cost... and I am not talking about financial one.... for me, the entire concept of sunscreens is alien.... I've never bought into it.... even before I learnt about the health hazards... the idea makes no sense to me...

Does anyone know how to treat "subcutaneous keloids" (on chin/jawline area)? Also 'seborreic keratosis" ? Any ideas anyone, please.

Ate vegetarian for 15 years. Terribly hurt my health .. digestion and hormones. Been healing with Carnivore. Been a journey as oxalate dumping is a real thing but all digestive issues are gone. Maybe some people do well as he advises, but my body can’t do it.

He talking about fasting During fasting you can't eat any kind of meat. That's why he doesn't talk about meat.

@@Soapgirl64 don't teach your dad how to fuck ☺☺. Did you know meaning of fasting. Fasting is Detoxify your body. you can eat in your fasting time. learn first. The rules of observing fast are the gift of Hindu religion to the world. Keeping a fast is a sacred ritual and if it is not done regularly then it has neither any importance nor benefits, in fact it can also cause harm. Even if you do not observe fast at all, you will still have to pay for this karma. There is mention of 24 fasts in Raja Bhoj's Rajmartand. Names of 700 fasts have been mentioned in Hemadi. Gopinath Kaviraj has mentioned 1622 fasts in his Vratkosh. There are basically three types of fasts:- 1. Nitya, 2. Naimittik and 3. Kamya.

I am half a century young and have never used any kind of sunscreen... and don't intend to... I look 20 years younger than my birth certificate tells me...

Great advice I am 56 and still have my normal period and look 35 I stopped eating white sugar at 15 and went vegan 40 years raw 2 years and now some eggs and fish but Americans are obese eat dairy, and processed foods. They look 85 at 40 sitting at a desk all day never working out. To each their own but Europeans eat 100 times better.

Each country has their obese, and issues. Lazy is a global pandemic. Should I then say the SA food quality is much better than other countries. You import our fruits etc. So would that put us on the top as being the best?

The doc offers to eat fruits to get more sugar 😂, but not to get naturally vitamins B , iron , zinc from meat and meat products!

It's not that he doesn't believe in eating meat and getting all of the necessary nutrients. The point he's trying to make is that it's better to get sugar from whole foods like fruits instead of eating processed, sugary foods. 🙂 Eating 'real' (unprocessed) foods is a part of his motto, and he does his best to be encouraging, not so much judgemental.

@@biCARRIEous thats my point, if he believed in eating meat and meat products as whole nonprocessed healthy foods he would have mentioned. What he mentioned was fruits, vegetables, seeds, olive oils and some seafood . No meat or meat products .

Eating mutton daily or more than three days a week or eating a lot of meat at once is harmful to health and makes one prone to serious diseases. and it's not good for your meditation and fasting time by doing meditation. our heart and mind remain calm. Would you find peace after killing and eating an animal by meditating? Fasting time you can't eat 10 fruits in single time. You can eat only one fruit. Did you any knowledge about fasting? Did you know about food habits?

Did you do fasting all the time? You do fasting just 1 or 2 days. Then you can eat anything you want. During fasting time you can't eat meat. If you eat meat during fasting time. Then you can't say it's fasting. It's daiting. Fasting is deferent and daiting is deferent. If you have gastric problem ulcer Daibetic patients then you can eat during fasting time. Are you dumb? ☺

@@tani6650 i have been fasting for over 20 years now. Intermittent 20 hours fast daily, and every other weekend 48 hours.
