Cristiano Ronaldo has pretty much the perfect body 🤔🤷🏽‍♂️ 33 years old and scientists have said he’s got the body of a 23 year old.. 6% body fat compared to a normal players 11%.. And his muscle mass is 50% compared to a normal players 46%.. G.O.A.T 🐐

Soccer and weight lifting are the perfect combo to me. You develop legs, crazy cardio, low fat and build muscle. And it’s a healthy all year body. No crazy diets or cuts or “summer body” lol you just stay in shape all year.

when i was 15 i was 5.10 and 182lbs to be exact i felt like i needed mma ive been playing video games and being a couch potato all my life until i was 15 man i was getting bullied in my first year of high school then when i was 16 i was 5.11 and 170lbs exact and was a little saggy from the stomach are but i was pretty much in shape.when i was 17 i was 6ft and 150 i was lean and in perfect shape. Now im 28 and looking the best still 6ft and about 160lbs i feel like im peaking.

Take it from someone who doesn’t drink. I was a moderate drinker 3-4 days a week from 18-24 years old. I quit completely at the age of 24 years old and lost 55-60 pounds. I’m not 30 and I’ve never put that weight back on. I’m in the best shape of my life. I have a physical job where I walk upwards of 10 miles per day outside, constantly lifting, taking stairs, and on all terrains. I was 240-250 pounds when I was 24. However, I was still sloppy and working out 4-5 days a week. Im now 30, I never “gym” workout, I don’t drink, and I work every day. I vary between 180-185 pounds. This depending on the time of year, weather, and day. Today at 30 years old, I now show all the muscle that I’d been trying to gain, “cut up” and display during my years of drinking, and “working out” three to four days a week. Through my own personal experience, I swear it’s due to my abstinence from alcohol. My proof’s through the hundreds of other colleagues around me. We’re doing the same the same job as one another every day. We’re in the same elements, and all have the same time, to consume the same small amount of food due to the high pace, and constant no stop work environment. The only difference is they drink. Again, this is my personal journey, and to each is their own. Thank you for sharing this video, it’s great stuff. I just wanted to add my own experience, and share with others what has worked for me. One last positive, your skin will look ten years younger 24-7. People guess that I’m 24-25 when playing the age guessing game.

Any advice for someone who has psoriatic arthritis? I'm 32 and way underweight. I quit smoking and now I'm working on quitting excessive caffeine consumption as well. I haven't had any soda or energy drinks in two weeks and soon to be no coffee.

Alcohol ditectly impairs your vo2 max. Try sprinting on a day with 0 alcohol that week and a day where you drank mpderately the day prior. Huge difference.

But that's a given for any decent physique ? The fact that you used Ronaldo as an example was just to gain attention from new lifters who think that if they gym 6 times a week and count their calories then boom.. a physique similar to Ronaldo lol. He is a genetic elite an average person with poor genetics/muscle bellys/insertions will never achieve it regardless how strict their regimen is. So as I said click bait ftw.. if you had used a title on the lines of (how to get a good physique?) then that would be more appropriate

The thing about Cristiano Ronaldo that makes his physique stand out. Y'all gotta notice he has a huge ribcage. Look at any of his shirtless pictures and that's what makes him look big when his muscles aren't even bulky. I noticed Justin Bieber is like that too. Less muscle, but still. Genetics does play a pretty big role when it comes to a body like Ronaldo's.

@@MythicFTW nah man after years of studying my muscle growth and posture I think I’ve settled a new opinion. I’ll say he’s not skinny. His smallest features might be his arms but they’re not stick arms. He has the average gym goer’s muscle size in chest and shoulders. He’s cut as hell, always under 10% bodyfat, making average size muscle look big when shirtless. He’s 6’2” making him always have that big advantage. But to me, the key genetics feature will always be his lats. Look at as many pics of this guy shirtless until you get it. His lower lats can be seen from the front of his body because they don’t hide behind his body until they reach the oblique level. There’s a clip easy to find of him shirtless as a kid. His lats were already huge for a kid that age there. I take back my comment on his ribcage. He has so much muscle I can’t speak for that. He’s not huge but he’s beautifully balanced. Put him on an serious bulk with some creatine and he’ll look like Li Shang from Mulan (1998). Sorry to reply 3 years later. I’ve been going back to bodybuilding analysis’ lately.

I’m underweight but I lift heavy and train hard and it a lot what should I do? For the past few weeks I only gained 1 kg and my daily workout routine is go to the pull up bar and do 10 reps 2 sets after each set I rest for 1 and a half minute and do Chin ups 15 reps 3 sets then I will come home and do shoulders with rest every sets for 15 minutes, I will then get a plate(7kg)and put on my back then do 5 reps of diamond pushups and then do 30 regular pushups.After all that I will usually eat a lot of meat and rice and my day is done I’m 5feet and 11 inches but only 60 kg ffs

I would recommend lifting weights at least 2x week like we mentioned in the video. If there is no way you can get to a gym it's possible. It's just gonna be a lot of hard work!!

They are a good alternative if you cannot lift weights but they DO NOT provide the same results as lifting weights consistently does
