Probate real estate is one of the best ways to get new leads and listings, why? Over 80% of probate estates have real estate that needs to be sold in order for the state to be settled. Probate lawyers need great real estate agents to work with because the probate real estate needs to be sold in order for the lawyer to be paid on the case.

Great video Brandon, definitely a lot of value. If the attorney asks you how you specialize in probates, what would you say? Also, how would you refer multiple clients to different probate attorneys, wouldn’t the attorney only want to business to himself?

Should one become a “certified” CAR/NAR probate REALTOR? Or does it not matter to attorneys as much?

Does not matter to attorneys. It just matters that you know what you’re doing. Being certified will help but it won’t be the reason attorneys do business with you.

Alright.... so I am implementing this but finding a middle/younger aged person like myself is hard to do. How do you find a person not just a law office itself? am I looking at this wrong. its going to be hard to connect my clients and myself to an old attorney. how do i sift and filter? am i looking at this wrong.?

Brandon Mulrenin some. I used to do more flipping and I would direct mail probate personal representatives (that’s what they are called in colorado) and I got a number of great deals that way. Would be much easier if I had a few probate attorneys sending leads my way for sure. Thanks again Brandon! Your vids are packed full of incredible content. I can’t wait for every new vid drop.
