Thank you for all your advice through the years, man! Very helpful. 🤟 One thing I've been trying to study and practice in relation to the cheek buckle I'm fat loss part of you video was something that you didn't mention but the idea of fasting either intermittently or especially a longer more strict version it's specific nutrients I believe could create similar results especially with the great boost in autophagy! This is something I've been looking into that if you haven't already maybe you could check out and throw in one of your videos possibly the future?? If I look up fasting, intermittent fasting, prolonged fasting, the benefits of autophagy and the best ways to trigger it, etc, if this is interesting to you! Again thanks for everything though, man! I have spent much of my life alone and being alone I do not make facial expressions. I am almost 37 and people still think I am 21-28. I think not moving my face often has been a big contributer to this. Also I have spent very little time in the sun. And lastly I have always gotten lots of sleep. Going against me I have smoked cigarettes for years, I have been a drug addict, and I am prone to being dehydrated. But from what people tell me. I am thinking that facial expressions and sun light are likely the two biggest contributors to an aging face.

I clicked on this video just to say that everyone can have the face they like. I live in a country, Finland, where round and soft face structures and facial features are idealized because they are youthful and childlike and are believed to reflect health unlike sunken cheeks which are said to reflect starvation or even famine. But like beauty ideals in general, it is very culturally specific and somewhere else there may be different standards for beauty and charm.

Open your mouth and tilt your head far back and close your jaw, it should stretch the skin under your jaw, this is the only face yoga I’ve found that works it makes the skin there tighter and reduces your double chin but you still need to lose weight to completely lose your double chin. You should also use the other two variations where you tilt your head to the side when tilting your head back both left and right sides and will make the skin around your side jaw and jaw hinge tighter.

*About Mewing* Mewing forces you to breathe through your nose which is the correct way of breathing, instead of breathing through your mouth. Breathing through your mouth can cause recession, crooked teeth, crooked nose, bad breath etc. You yourself can search up ''nose breather vs mouth breather'' and you can clearly see the difference. Look for a picture with a pink and blue face.

My Condition_ Having an overbite my upper teeth(Jaw) are slightly ahead of below ones. when it is so(i.e. in overbite postion) my upper molar premolars and most of back teeth are in contact of down ones. But if i try to make contact of my front teeth I cannot make contact of back teeth. SoWhat should I do while mewing??Should I make contact of my front teeth and not care about contact of back teeth or should i remain in same overrbite position and do mewing??

While I appreciate the intention some of this information is damaging. Broadly telling folks to avoid getting their wisdom teeth extracted can result in horrible outcomes if the individual has no space for the 3rd molars to erupt such as cavities, infection, and loss of the 2nd molars in front (the wisdom teeth can resorb them). You're far better off following the recommendations of your dentist/orthodontist who will decide whether or not it is necessary to extract them. Secondly, promoting excessive and vigorous gum chewing is harmful. Doing so can result in myofascial pain, chronic migraines and Temporomandibular disorder. The example you shared of people with masseteric hypertrophy from bruxism is a symptom of an overworked TMJ, this is simply not how we were designed to function and it's really setting people up for imminent problems. It's fine to give esthetic advice but unless you have been formally educated in medicine or dentistry you should not be giving advice and selling products like this.

I would be INTERESTED in your mewing ring. I would highly recommend you make it out of digestible substances because it looks very easy to swallow. It doesn't really matter if it raises the price of the rings, the last thing anyone needs is for a good concept to turn into a tragedy and a scandal. Perhaps you may want to revise the design of the product but keep the same concept. By that I mean making a product with the same purpose (easing the suction at the top of the mouth) but with a different design (maybe a design that's much larger and sticks to the entirety of the roof of the mouth but still has the ring in the same spot. That way you get the benefits of the ring whilst making the structure too big to swallow).

For sure, I like that ring idea. I did try out your gum. Here are the pro and cons. Pro, it's tough AF. My jaw was on fire after 15 mins of chewing it. I used to chew 7 pieces of falim gum and it wasn't as tough as yours. It's the best gum for the jaw on the market. Con, (for me it's not a con, but for some, it might be.) The flavor wears off within a min or two. I always chew gum with no flavor, so it doesn't bother me. Another con, even though it doesn't have sugar in it, it has sweeteners in it. I am personally against sugar and sweeteners. I'd rather chew something that has no flavor. (that's the biggest con for me.) The last con, I think it's too pricey for the gum, but I do understand that people need to make a profit. Overall, the gum does the job like it's supposed to. I do recommend the gum.
@BrettMaverick

However, my jawline widened and my cheeks didn't hollow out at all! what makes that I have a huge not aesthetic face. So I thought that by losing weight (when I was not fat), I would have had a more defined face. When I started, I weighed 59kg (130lbs) for 170cm (5 feet 7 inches) and today I weigh 55kg with a fat percentage of about 11% and my face is still huge!! Get Botox to the masseter. I get it and it gives me a super chiseled jawline because it atrophies the jaw muscles so the jawbone becomes more pronounced with less muscle covering it. I get 20 units per side. Chewing gum or doing jaw exercises is just going to create more mass and less sharpness of the jawline.

@@mkryu How much does it cost you and how many times do you do it per month? And did it hollow out your cheeks?
@mkryu
@mkryu Жыл бұрын
@@Terence55 yes I noticed it did hollow out my cheeks a bit. I looks good! The clinic I went to charged $15 USD per unit so for 40 total units, it cost me $600. I find only need to do this once a year. The effects of Botox will last a few months but it takes a few more months for my jaw muscles to develop and return again. This will vary from person to person depending on how much you grind or clench your teeth or the type of foods that you chew.

The only way to get taller is to fix your posture, you can't make your bones taller.. And you can do that by exercising, sleeping properly, eating nutritious foods and so

Mewing works. I'm 13. I remember once I was crying on my bed late at night because my jaw wasnt fully straight. Mind you I've been skinny my whole life. I remember srolling through tiktok and I saw a video of a guy mewing. I cried when I couldnt get It right. But because it was on my mind 24/7, every time I would remember, I would try to mew. Slowly, slowly, I would do It more frequently. Now, I can literally do it without even trying. IT WORKS. please trust me.

I feel like the ring will cause the tongue to become to dependent to on the suction to stay in that position and make your mouth weaker. I might be wrong tho idk. That’s just my take.

I bought your gum recently and it's definitely tough and it definitely works out the jaw muscles. It gives you a pump much like when you work out a muscle in the gym. After chewing for 10-15 minutes my face looks super wide though. I'm not sure if I like it though. I think if I lose bodyfat it will probably make it look better since my face then doesn't just look rounder but actually more defined. I'm bulking though so that's not gonna happen any time soon. Well, I'll just keep chewing the gum and see what happens. If I don't like it I can always just stop doing it and wait for the muscles to revert back to normal
