OMG I NEEDED THIs sO MUCH!! you are the best!!! Thank you!!! I just achieved my standing split yesterday and i am so so happy,and all thanks to you and your videos, i am learning so much and they work!!! any tips for feeling sore? the day after i do these kinds of routines my legs feel kind of sore and than the next day im not really able to do the exercises properly.. thankyou 🤗

Um a begginner but I have my splits BC I started dance when I was 7 then I stopped and now I'm beginning again

Hi, Sofabar! Do you think you can make a 14 day challenge on How to get Your Biellmann or can I use these same videos to get the same benefit. I was thinking about swapping some of these videos with the new back video and the neck stretches. Can you offer some inout? Thanks!!

Hi i love ur videos... im so glad i found u...jus wat i ws looking for. Cnt really explain y...bt i dnt get interested to do yoga watching many of the yoga videos made by ppl dunno y... but ur seems so smooth the way u tlk nd the music behind is so soothing nd calming...jus want yp kno how long did it take u to do splits?

Aww thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot! ❤️ I can't really tell you because I don't remember life not being able to do them. I'm doing them since I was a kid. However, lifting my leg 180 and holding it up there took me 3-4 years maybe. I'm not entirely sure. Just keep trying, and you'll definitely get them!
