Hey Jedd, as always, great coaching. You may have addressed this in another video, but what is your take on flipping a gripper over and closing it? I have the Iron Mind T, 1, and 2, and have lately been inverting the T as it has become very easy for me to close it. I find that inverting it seems to work different muscles, and seems to be helping me achieve an overall better grip. Is this mental gymnastics on my part, or is the changing of the gripper beneficial? As always, thank you!
@gripstrength

Logged for a future video. And yes, I have put up videos about flipping over grippers. Search my name with inverted grippers - I think that's the ticket.

Is it fine to do half negatives or like 3/4 negatives, then eventually try to get to a full negative? The jump from 200 to 250 is just too much. I can rep the 200 12 times.

When I started doing gripping. The only thing I did was negatives with grippers which I could barely close to their half. After a couple of days , couldn't even lean on my palms because of the pain. I never did them again , instead started training a bit more on the 10 Rep range. I want to get stronger but also have healthy hands, how ever this way I started developing inner elbow pains for some reason. Maybe because I've never trained my extensors. Gonna train both maybe it could help.
