A little tip, if you didn't remember your passcode just click restart then before the phone restart press the up volume and power key then that thing should pop up. Hope it helps!!

So hard reset the phone then u go in to privacy policy. Sometimes you'll be able to get into the Internet by holding letters down to highlight them. And it'll say we search. Other times in the privacy policy youtube will have a link. Go to KZfaq from there go to settings remove previous google account and add your email.
