I was 6 years old when my 11 year old neighbour (also a girl) would take me to her room and touch me inappropriately, and if I may say so, sexually. She would also force/manipulate her younger sister to do the same and this went on for about a year. I understand 'child on child sexual abuse' is a thing, but blaming a child as young as 11 for sexual abuse seems a little cruel. On the other hand, I went through the same trauma as I would have if an adult had abused me. I was still hurt and I didn't deserve to go through any of it at that age. I am 19 now and I still don't know what happened to me. Was it bullying? Was it sexual abuse? Or was it just "kids being kids"? I have traumatic experiences but no one to blame. On a different note, I couldn't agree with you more Prachi, when you talked about how important it is for kids to be taught about good touch and bad touch. I wish I knew about it when I was a child so I could have asked my parents for help :)

At 11 I don't think she knew any better. It's usually kids curiosity and exploring. Many go through it, as a part of play etc in childhood. As long as it was a kid and it was not anything beyond touch, it isn't that uncommon. Blame the movies and ambiguous shows kids are exposed to that piques their curiosity

Prachi, Incase if you don't realise You are the sunshine for a lot of us out here. I am so happy you came up with this video Its been a decade since i was sexually harrassed and after years of trauma , I am finally trying to learn about my triggers and how to shut it off However, I realised food to be my happy place and got indulged in it fully. There were days when I would munch on a lot of sweets and my favourite desert just to fool my brain while going through the sudden episodes. I ended up gaining 15 kgs in less than a year ( especially after covid) I am trying my best to be healthy and not reach out to munch while being low. To everyone who has been sexually abused by either a stranger or a family member, I would like you to know that.... YOU NEVER GET OVER IT YOU HAVE TO LEARN ABOUT THE COPING MECHANISM AND DO THE RIGHT THING TO BE WORTHY AND PROUD of yourself. It never gets over but it will be easy Trust me ❤️

I have been sexually abused 1 or 2 month's ago and till now I just couldn't forgive myself for not speaking up for not stopping him. My body just froze right their at that moment I couldn't speak or remove his hands. I didn't even have the courage to tell anyone, I m just 15 my mom won't believe me. I just started self harming again ( again, because I stopped doing that a few months ago only) , I tried really hard not to but crying doesn't help anymore I can still feel his hands on my body. Thank you so much for making me understand that it was not my fault ❤

KZfaqr like you are inspiration.... And there are youtuber like priyanshi who literally done victim shaming and blaming instead of helping her since she was 14 year old.. A child victim of sexual abuse should not be shamed or blamed even if he or she takes pleasure or even get orgasm... Or even victim who r underage consent is also not been considered ...stop victim blaming or victim shaming they already feel guilty ashamed even if they consented or take pleasures.. We r no one to blame them... Its not at all their fault its the part of the abuse they just trust wrong people which they don't even think that they r bad.. I myself know about consent at the age of 16 We must take our responsibility and should save a victim instead of blame or shame them its more traumatic for a victim and its also triggered and its mental harassment for a victim.. Its totally fine if you have taken pleasure this doesn't mean you r playing victim card or something but in reality you r still a victim.. Sometimes victim takes many years to realise that he or she has been sexually abused if he or she suffers trauma or get information lately.... They didn't even realised that someone has break their trust or someone has used them as an object if they get counselling timely they get to know that even their pleasure response and gaining their trust loosing their innocence is a part of abuse.. Even if a child victim goes by herself or himself to the abuser for pleasure or love or attention should not be ashamed.. Because its the part of the abuse and its not their fault they just got trapped in it and that's what the abuser wanted so it's not at all child fault to go by themselves several times to get pleasures or to feel guilt after that because it's a part of abuse the abuser exactly wanted this to abuse you or use you as an object. And they r successful to loose your innocence and that's the reason its not your fault .. They loose your innocence and you trusted as an innocent child to wrong person so even if you let abuser touch it's still not your fault.. Because they r able to gain your trust.. This usually happens in case where relatives are the abusers... And the victim usually trusted them because his or her parents also trusted them... They use coercion emotional manipulation threats to get child consent... Bullying them or confuse them.. So it's not at all victim's fault sometimes there is no force involved in the abuse but it's still the abuse... Even if the victim enjoy it..it doesn't matter they r innocent child who is going through an adult thing that they don't even deserve at such age.. Even they go to self blame mode that they don't care about their dignity or they take pleasures now society people will judge them.. And they call them by many names.. But the reality is even if you did this at any age if you r underage it's still not your fault in my eyes.. Since it's an adult thing and adult has much knowledge about this crime and even childrens as well who is committing the crime if they know about it there are juveniles too but still choose to abuse you... It's not your fault . A child consent doesn't matter its still considered rape molestation and sexual assualt sexual abuse.. So do not choose to abuse a kid even if they say "ok" or "yes " ... Its your responsibility your crime to still choose to abuse them and not giving them proper direction not asking them who teaches you such things... Or to report to their parents directly about their abuse.. . Sometimes victims remain silent thinking that its their fault its their mistake as well that they take pleasures so their parents will scold them give them punishment and fear that has been created time and again by the abuser in their mind while brainwashing them that since they have taken pleasures also they r equal participant in it so their parents will scold both that's how they manipulated them .. Its the fear of punishment sometimes that the victim didn't speak up and making more mistakes..keeping it a secret gradually victim starting enjoyimg the abuse and trauma bond has been formed... And they started getting kindness and started getting attached by their abusers and they felt cheated that that abusers has cheated me.. Or something its not at all their fault everything was a part of abuse.. They got to realise it once they suffer trauma and they understand emotional manipulation when they become big.. An underage gullible child who didn't have proper knowledge and can easily get trapped into such things who don't know emotional manipulation as such at that time suffers and go through self blame because society usually blames the victim to enjoy... Or narrow minded society usually shames the victim only.....which is not even their fault.. Only the clever child maybe know about manipulation or something who r manipulative themselves I can expect an 18+ adult to understand what is manipulation not an underage gullible child who trusts everyone easily.. Even bad person.. Its not at all their fault just learn from the mistakes and don't trust everyone blindly not everybody is good or not everyone is bad .. Every child deserves a good childhood with love care understanding and affection Not lust emotional neglect bully or judgement or shaming Its not victim fault its the failure of society that we r not been able to sace them

Trigger Warning: This video might trigger those who struggle to cope with stories on sexual abuse, etc. Discretion is advised. *Today’s letters* ** Letter 1 - Starts at 1:08 Hi Ma'am So I am going to be very open and upfront with my question, but watching child porn…is it really wrong? Why is it a problem if I like masturbating while watching it? It’s just a fantasy isn’t it? Now, I know deep inside that making one is a crime, but all I am doing is watching and fulfilling my fantasies…all just in my head. Is this something that should truly, rationally be considered bad? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ** Letter 2 - Starts at 7:17 Hii Prachi didi, I am a 15-year old boy from Bihar. I am writing to you because I have finally started to come to teams with my feelings and it’s been very hard. When I was barely 11, I was attending a family function. So I was inside my grandmother's car, just playing a game on her phone. I don’t know when, but I fell asleep. When I woke up, I didn't have clothes on my body and the driver was harming me sexually. (I avoid the word 'rape' because it's very hard to use about myself.) Let me tell you, this is a driver that everyone knew, trusted, you know, the ‘family driver’. I kept shut, and tried to shut out my feelings too. I felt numb, there was physical pain too, but shutting myself out was the best I could do. The abuse continued, and I kept staying quiet. About a couple of months back, the flashbacks started again. Like if I am on the phone, or the faces of people I met right before sitting in the car will just "flash". Does this make sense? I don't know what this is about, but they keep getting more and more frequent and more and more horrifying. I have reached out for help online etc, but nothing has worked for me. My parents are doctors, but no, I absolutely cannot open up to them, so that's not an option. Please suggest something.

Best video soo far prachi ..... Awesome.... For 2nd letter I really wish if he could forgive himself and try to tell his parents.... This will be extremely helpful.... And that family driver should be punished.... How dare he prachi ... I just really hope ...he should open up because for people who do sexual abuse , their only strength is that they believe people will be calm for their own safety or whatever....

This i think affected how i perceived the world outside, it shattered my self confidence even now i felt numb in any situation which requires smartness, like in october i was attacked by a men who do not have good intensions, i could not even scream, but anyhow i was able to save myself , but the problem is now i can't even remember his face, what i remember is he is middle aged men on bike. Is anything wrong with me, is am mentally disable Plz suggest me 🙏🙏

Hey everyone! I really need your suggestions. One of my student who has her boards this year is facing a lot these days. Her mom and dad keep fighting in front of her and sometimes they physically hurt each other too. Her dad is even threatening her by saying if she 'll not score good in her boards he'll beat her mom. After a long she has finally confessed these to me but I really dont know what should I do or what should I tell her..please help.

I can understand how hard it must be for her to concentrate on boards. Firstly it's very big thing to share things like this with someone, if she has shared with you. Please be her rock support, she might feel stronger to go through the whole situation. Tell her to speak with her mother as well, Talk out everything with her mother & let her mother know that her daughter is right by her side for anything. In that way she might feel that she is also trying to sort this and help her mother in this situation rather than being or feeling helpless. And just get through the boards very nicely, without worrying about this issue. This issue will take time to resolve and with board exams on head she can't give her full time in solving this. I think Prachi di has made a video on this topic or similar one. I think from there you can get more help & understand how to solve this. Hope everything gets better soon And your friend comes out with flying colours 👍🏻

Hello di let me tell u my small story. Its so sad and heartbreaking that I have absolutely no one with whom I can share how I feel. I can't do that with my family because they are super strict and I am left with no friends. So it started 9months back when I met this guy online. We clicked instantly. At that time I was soooo depressed because I didn't get selected in my NEET exam and was feeling like failure. Had no confidence nothing at all. So this guy just made me feel like it was worth living life. I got into relationship with him just after month of us talking. The fact that his dad met an accident and was bed ridden instantly sparked me that I gotta help him. I used to cry alone because o was wasting time talking to him instead of studying because I had also taken a drop and my exams were just 3months away. He was just so toxic and I knew it. But still I couldn't walk out of it. Fast forward I didn't make it in my 2nd attempt too. Less by 18marks. And I continued being with him. With no self esteem I continuously took his bs. I won't say I was perfect either but I surely knew in used to get 1000times more hurt. Maybe he knew it and used to take advantage of that💁. We used to continuously break and patch up because I was taking his shitty behaviour lack of consistency and what not. We once broke up on 29dec and he called me on 31at night all drugged after amazing parry with his friends cause he had nobody to talk to and was not feeling good after drugs. And I was there in pain while he was partying! That's how he used me. And just 2days earlier he told me that I am bitch and i am not worth apologizing for calling me one. That I am ruining his mental peace and I cry so damn much when I did nothing for him(I did once cry on vc when he was breaking up with me in front of him). Di idk I want to move on and be happy. This is my 2nd drop year. He used to kind of save me whenever I got anxiety attacks by thinking of fact that I won't make it. He just blocked me everywhere and I also don't wanna reach out to him. Its just I am unable to cope with this. I feel my self respect has been tarnished. What should I do to cope with this. I tried talking to ppl and everyone around is just so selfish. Idk what to do.

Hi Surbhi, you already know that he was using you and this relationship was not worth it so please move on. You told that you wasted a lot of time talking to him instead of studying which shouldn't have happened. I believe that relationship and studies can go along but you've to be mature about it. If you think that you waste too much time in a relationship and ignore studies then dont jump in next relationship before your neet exam. Promise yourself that you'll clear it this time and then you can try dating again. Its great that you shared your story here but its sad that you do not have any friend with whom you could share your problems. Loneliness truly suck happiness from anyone's life so dont be alone anymore and I hope that you will find friends and be happy 😊 All the best for your preparation.

Hey, I understand that not clearing Neet and being in a toxic relationship has really affected your self respect. Reading your comment I think you are very self aware about the mistakes that you committed in the past and its amazing that you don't want continue the relationship. I think you are not able to cope with this because knowingly or unknowingly you feel that he is the only one who can help you with the anxiety issues. I suggest you pick up specific activities like reading, or writing, or listening to music whenever you feel anxious. I know initially it would hard but I believe once you will get habitual to it, you will realise that you can live your life happily without his help as well. I wish you all the best.

@@dhruvived4880 nice advice Dhruvi, one thing I didn't understood is how can a person who treated her like shit can help her in anxiety issues. I know and understand that some girls do like bad boys but this situation is different. No one would want to be with the person who is the reason for their anxiety

I have a fnd who has experienced such sexual abuse where her neighbor uncle had shown his private part to her while she was hiding under the cot while she was playing hide and seek with his child. And this doesnt come under " BAD TOUCH" But the intention is sexual. So i think we should ho beyond this 'touch' logic to identify such sexual predators and protect our children

Prachi I believe cookie should open up infront of his parents.Since they are doctors they will understand what he is going through. He needs therapy for what he's going through. And his parents should know about the driver.

Just because they are doctors doesn't mean they will understand. It can be HIGHLY unsafe to come out about your abuse

@@danisonice. There's a possibility that they will understand. And these days children are going through these kinds of abuses alone. Children should feel safe with their parents and should open up. Many children are taking extreme steps fighting the struggle all alone. It's better to open up infront of parents and talk. It's easier said than done, but I feel it's right way to do it.

Since they are doctors, they will have better clinical knowledge of his situation and he can get the right help he needs. This is actually my experience aswell. My case it's not an abuse but I was in severe depression in my plus 2 and I fought all alone till it became serious. My parents helped me a lot to come out of it. I got right help and I'm happy now

Hi Pooja, you can try for free online therapies if it works for you or take help from your friends or family. Do not keep things just to yourself if you're not able to resolve as this may lead to depression. You can also share your problems here in comment section, I'm sure people will help

Look for therapist who have graduated recently, but make sure they are smart, they charge around 400 to 500 rs And you can tell them that you want to have sessions only once in a month, that way you can save some money every month and have sessions as well.
