Nice video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched - Paneevelyn Swinging Clubsman (search on google)? It is an awesome one off product for revealing an effortless golf swing technique without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

Rick ... awesome instruction! I watched several of your videos the last couple of days. Hit the driving range tonite ... persistent fade/slice is gone; 5-15 yds more on short - mid irons, 20-30 yds more on long irons. Need practice for consistency, but wow! Thx much!!!

Great vid, I have recently started getting back in to golf after about 12 years away due to a lack of patience as a teenager. I always used to Interlock but since coming back have been told I should overlap...refreshing to hear it shouldn't make a big difference. I think i'll be coming to spend some time with you soon Rick to try and get rid of some of my rustiness. Thanks again for the great content, now one of my fave KZfaq channels since finding you.

Rick I just started golfing about a year and a half ago with some friends. I have watched your Complete golf swing guide from beginning to end several times. I wish I had known about it before I started to swing a club. The video series is great! Very informative and very very helpful. Watched this video last night and tried the tips today on the course. They've helped fine tune my game. I was obviously gripping the club slightly wrong. What a transformation to my game today by adjusting my grip a tiny amount. Now hitting ball so much straighter. Thanks for the tips. 👍

Really well done. Getting back into golf after almost 20 years at 36, so I'm a weird case, but I've watched about a hundred or so rick shiels videos in the last few months, and I have to say, amazing amazing job in general. The videos are super professional and the instruction is amazing because you can tell this is his everyday life and he used to saying the same thing 18 different ways so that a wider slice of humanity can understand the concepts. I tried out the early wrist hinge yesterday and loved it!! It took a bit to get used to it, but I was making excellent contact with the ball and keeping it in play. Great set of videos!

I've been a struggling high handicapper for almost 25 years. This has helped me tremendously to fix my tendency to slice and with my longer clubs. I could always force the shorter irons and wedges to do what I wanted but anything longer than a 5 iron has always been impossible for me. Thanks a ton for this video!

Rick, I have only been playing for a couple of months. Since watching your videos, I have gone from hitting consistent “Mully grabbers” to the occasional super straight down the fairway shots with excellent loft. I need to work on my consistency, but if I keep practicing with your tips I reckon I can finally par more than one bloody hole. Great stuff. Admiration from a old bloke from Down Under.

Thanks for this Rick. I'm a 7 hcap that still struggles a little with an unwanted left to right. After this vid I've moved my left hand more across the fingers as you show and its made a massive difference. I'm hitting the ball a lot straighter now. I still have a slight over-the-top issue which I'm addressing but that's another story. One bit at a time 😁

Rick wanted to thank you . i watched this video and took it to the course, shot my lowest round.. ever. I have changed my grip a thousand times and until yesterday had struggled with consistency. yesterday i struck the ball with confidence and it started with my grip! thank you from a career hacker that is finally playing good golf!

great video and shows everything that's wrong with my ball strike. I have a grip aid arriving tomorrow to help me grove a new grip position as I find my hands work their way back to how I've been holding the club for years, even in the middle of a swing

I wanted to go to the range before I commented. THIS!!! This is what I was missing all along, a proper hold of the golf club. I switched from interlock to 10 finger. Best range session ever...distance and direction. I know this will translate well on the course. Thank you soooooo much

Rick cups his wrist, which makes a slice the most common fault. He's an 80's shooter and should not be taken seriously.

I've had so many issues in the past interlocking that I'd form and tear open blisters on my lower (un-gloved) pinky finger inside of the first 9 holes. This is a great help!

Recently I've gone from the best form of my life, 10 hc, to hitting everything left and I could not figure it out. This video has cleared it right up. Thumb on my left hand was in the wrong position causing my club to turn in when applying the right hand too far over the top. Simple when someone shows you. Cheers Rick

good vid. I'm in process of going through a grip change with Fletch (previously Carter before he buggered off). I've played with strong grip for 30 yrs and you are right the neutral grip feels strange but I'm persevering with it.

Great information. Ive struggled with grip forever. That right hand position is nearly impossible to grip. id have to play with the iron on the toe when gripping the club to make my right hand follow that blue line
