It's a little hard to compare the three photos because you're smiling in the third. But to me, your face looks broader in the third photograph. The overall changes that I see are that you look healthier, your face looks broader and more muscular, and there's something different around your eyes. Speaking from a woman's perspective here, you are *definitely* more handsome and more attractive. Also more mature looking, and I don't mean older looking; it's more a look of kindliness and good character. I hope my feedback is helpful to you!

I just came across your channel today. This video struck a cord with me. I’m 53 and I’ve been resistant training since my early 20’s. I started consistent ‘mewing’ 6 months ago along with daily facial exercises and breathing techniques from OA. I have never had anything done in a clinic as I use an inside out natural philosophy to health. The changes have been incredible on my posture, sleep quality (tracked with Oura) and my face and neck have turned back the clock. ‘Botox’ is literally a poison that causes atrophy to the muscles over time. I wish people knew about all this. Fantastic content!

Thanks for sharing! That's literally my mission - to let people like us know how simple breathing and face/tongue exercises can change their lives. Do you do any nasal breathing only cardiovascular exercise?

@@coachpyry I’ve been practicing nose breathing specifically for a couple of years incorporating mouth taping every night. Love your cardio question! I do HIIT training focusing on nose breathing and it takes it to another level! I’m in really great shape as a result of these simple, free and fun principles. I’m well into menopause with no symptoms and apparently I look like I’m in my early 40’s. Please continue to spread the word with your channel! Great work! 💪😤😊

You keep making progress facial structure wise. I’ve heard you mention mewing only helps w jaw but I’ve watched people’s mewing results videos and it seemed to also increase their cheekbones and provided better facial structure…not sure whether this is person to person though

Thanks for sharing mate! Well, the point I'm trying to make is that mewing is just proper tongue posture, and proper tongue posture has immense benefits for sleep and breathing ability. The jury is still out on whether mewing causes any changes to the bones of the face. You can improve the appearance of your face by exercising your facial muscles with targeted exercises and add bulk into your midface giving the illusion of "higher cheekbones".

It looks like your face got more symmetric over time @1:44 and also both masseter muscles seems to have hypertrophied

Might be! I'm a little concerned about chewing on rubber/plastic though due to the fact that it will start leaking chemicals eventually. @@FerreraNaig

The program that you propose lasts 6 weeks and after the 6 weeks what happens it took you 1 year for you? That's why I'm confused that it only lasts 6 weeks. Can you tell me more about this please. Compared to your transformation your face seems wider especially the lower third. It would be interesting to see your evolution with the x-ray again, especially to know if your bones have still advanced upwards and forwards, especially the maxilla and your mandibule.

Hi Romain, thank you for the great question. The six-week program will change how you sleep, breathe, and feel and unlock more energy. You are absolutely correct; aesthetic changes take much longer than six weeks. You will learn the same exercises I've kept doing daily for the last two years and will probably keep doing for the rest of my life. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions! Thanks for sharing your observations. I agree, I'd love to see a new X-Ray analysis, but I don't want to expose myself to unnecessary radiation.

​@@romaindupuy6388 In the beginning, I recommend spending 10-15 minutes daily on deliberate, focused practice. Nowadays, I spend about 2-5 minutes on daily maintenance, sometimes even more, especially if I'm watching TV. The exercises are intricate and require intense focus initially, but after a while, you'll reach unconscious mastery. You'll also have to devote a little bit more time in the beginning to go through all the videos, especially in the first week of the program, as that is when we focus on improving your sleep hygiene.
