I see this video is pretty old, not sure if you still monitor the comments.. but man, do I appreciate your videos. I started out with an R3 in 2019 , then upped to an R6. When I was a complete newb with walmart tools I used your videos to learn to rip apart the fairings etc. Now I've got more tools than I can count, a skylift, a 2021 R1 and a 2020 R6. I do all my mechanic work myself and have just about broken down both bikes. I recently reviewed your Spiegler video and installed new steel braid lines from them. Some of your tips are extremely valuable. I went from zero mechanic ability to decking out my garage and streaming my own work. I'm originally from Michigan too but the sport bike scene here in Dallas is crazy. I just wanted to say thanks man, your videos definitely made an impact.

Thanks for the video! Now, I know when I install mine on my R1M tomorrow, I will go ahead and start on the right side first :).

Love your videos man. Saw the R3 in the background, when are you going to do more work on it? I'm hoping to get an R3 some time in the near future, it would be my first bike. Keep up the good work!

Just did it in the hot sun. What a pain in the balls for something that should come with it.

+Sportbike Track Gear At these ridiculous speeds, I am sure it is not too hard to do serious damage without it. I could not have done it without you, thanks man! Love your videos!

Just some advice... I bought an extra bag of rivets on eBay. There is a mysterious black hole that literally sucks one rivet from your fingertips on every job.

True story, but on the other had sometimes you get a bonus socket like I found after I brought it to the dealer for maintenance and took off the plastics to put some LED lights:)

Any chance of those plastic ties melting off, possibly causing the radiator guard to fall off?

kiefc READ THE LAST PARAGRAPH MATE! "A cable tie is a band or length of strap, manufactured from a class of polymeric materials known as polyamides (Nylon 6/6). The width, length and head area employ ratcheting mechanisms, which allow for locking as necessary for “bundling” items together.Commercially introduced in October 1938, Nylon was the first synthetic semi-crystalline polymer whose physical properties compared favorably to some metals. The polymers high strength and temperature resistance allows it to be used in “engineered” applications thus it falls into a category of polymers known as “engineering thermoplastics.”..." -Soure:www.advancedcableties.com/material-charatersitics/
