Very nice video bud! Very informative and easy to understand. Keep up the good work man. And thanks! Im planning to replace the stock exhaust on my zx6r. Its a 2022 model. Is just I heard, that even with servo installed, the bike can show up the check engine light and it loses power, not sure how true it is. Did you get any lights or codes at all? Thanks in advance!

What if the check engine light is on before you install the servo buddy. Can you clear the check engine light by disconnecting to battery cables since you put the servo buddy on to clear the check engine light?

Great informative video! I’m installing a M4 slip on exhaust on my 2021 zx6r, which requires me to remove the exhaust pre-chamber. Will a tune e needed afterwards or am I good to go?

No tune required for a slip on. If you run in to O2 sensor issues (it sometimes throws a check engine light) just grab an O2 eliminator and you're good to go. kawasakibrad.com/shop/ols/products/o2-eliminator-zx6

Not at this time. I haven't got to ride it as much as I wanted with everything shut down for COVID. But at this point I don't have an issue with the stockers.

Hello Sir. I have a 2018 ZX-10R and I am on my second Servo motor. I am thinking of installing a servo buddy. but I still have the CAT on the bike. I only have slip on. Will installing the Servo buddy impact the performance of the bike, since the servo motor is not there?

To clarify, the dielectric grease is going around the outside of the connectors, not on the inside of the connectors, correct?

Nope, it goes inside directly on the electrical connections.

not sure why you would buy a servo buddy, just leave the oem one there after you pull the cables off and save yourself some money...🤷 just my opinion...

@@gxdz8220 off of the muffler or the servo...? you can leave the muffler ones attached if you want, and just take the ones off of the servo and pull them down the frame and out...

Do you know what light comes up after i remove the servo motor? A light comes up on my 2019 model, checked manual and it refers to DFI system.

Hey Ranwick, The light turns on when/if anything is wrong. It's not a specific light per issue (which is how I'm reading your question, sorry if I'm wrong). DFI (Digital Fuel Injection antiquated term) is what it stands for. Any issue will trigger the light. Pretty steep learning curve but you got this! Once the light is on there is a code, once you pull the code you can tell exactly what the problem is. Check out the ZX6 forum and search "pulling codes". HMU once you know what the code is.

zed is an alternative way of saying Z in other countries sir. So its simply a ZX6R but they say Z differently . Like andrew tate says zed instead of zero depends where u from
