Thank you for another well prepared and informative video. I think I need an antenna for remote start as the range even with an OEM fob is not great. You are right about the f150 antenna. It’s behind the glovebox, but I read on forums that the range is bad and people move the antenna up to the headliner. Here is the antenna DA8Z-15603-A, and the extension wire FL3Z-15K602-A.

So i just spun thru your online store. Cool stuff. I think you could do well if you printed up plastic drop in console boxes for guys with metal jotto/havis etc consoles. 3", 5", 6" & 8" would cover almost any situation after radios are pulled. Locking metal gun boxes exist, but how many of want to pay that, or even need that. Im searching for something and cannot find it on the market. It could be YOU.

Is it better to ground the light or connect black to battery? Will it drain my battery even if not on?

Doesn't make a difference. The negative side of your battery is grounded to your frame. I personally like grounding to frame to avoid stacks of cables going to my battery. If properly wired it will not drain the battery.
