After I bought my Delta Showerhead, I telephoned one plumbing company (recommended by the big-box company where I bought my Delta Showerhead) for installation of my Delta showerhead, and the company said that it did not do that type of work (probably because it was too easy and not worth the company's time). I called a second plumbing company with a $29.95 dispatch fee and an actual installation fee of $492.00 (Yes! Four hundred and ninety-two dollars) according to their pricing book for a procedure that takes less than ten minutes. I reviewed the DIY With Michael Borders video instructions that I had viewed earlier with the dispatched service person, and he confirmed each and every step. I ended up having to pay the dispatch fee, but, between Michael Borders and the plumbing-company service person, I became confident. I just installed my Delta Showerhead, and everything is working perfectly. Thank you for a great video and a substantial savings in a plumbing fee!

This shower head was easy to install within a few minutes, and looks great! I've been using a cheap-o plastic shower head with no adjustable functions, and this is an excellent upgrade. I really like that this showerhead is brushed nickel rather than chrome coated plastic, and the head is sturdy and solid. I love all of the different settings, and the massage ones are excellent for getting clay masks out of my long hair quickly! I'm definitely going to be glad for this showerhead when I henna my hair again- that stuff is so hard to wash out with low pressure. I also like how flexible this hose is compared to the cheap plastic one I had- it's much easier to move the hose around, and keep the hose out of the way. This showerhead is well built, and seems like it can hold up to a lot of use in my shower. It even comes with a hair catcher (I needed one of those) and some thread tape. I love this showerhead, and it's a great deal for the price!
