For some of us, intentionally seeking out weight loss is a big part of how our binge eating was triggered to begin with. More and more people are shunning diets and the culture that expects us to be constantly working on shrinking our bodies. The problem is that the desire to lose weight has been around for a long time and it has a habit of coming back.
