I would love a video on how to look beautiful (like you) when you don’t feel beautiful. All the French women used in examples are all so naturally gorgeous so it hard for someone who doesn’t feel beautiful to match up…like yellow teeth don’t look great with bright red lips.

How do you gain self confidence?.. when I look at others Male and female I always find beauty in everyone I see and encounter.. but I always struggle to find it I'm myself?..how do you build confidence and find beauty in yourself.. ? Xx I spent my youth and 20s and 30s feeling that I was too 'fat" .. but when I see photos from then I realise that I in fact looked really good🤔 such wasted years!! Now I am almost 60 overweight and bot happy with it.. however..!! watching Frederique and her wonderful inspiring videos I am finding motivation to get moving to get healthy to look and feel good!! I hate ironing, so I bought a small steamer to use at home, and it's great. Highly recommend a steamer. An all-black outfit is my favorite - it feels comfortable and chic and assertive. A basic black sweater with a beautiful neckline, black pants, and black shoes plus a beautiful scarf to top off the look - my favorite!

I am a person who wears a lot of black. I am glad to know that it's okay if I wear all black. I can't stop buying black clothes. I try to wear color, but really feel my best in black. I think it looks good with my silver gray hair. Will wear white tennis shoes, or bright/vivid colors in accessories, scarves. My cats are gray, my dog was black.😻

Hello, hello! I love the way the blazer really lifts the outfits. And your points about the statement bag make me dream a bit. This is a favorite video, definitely. My life is more here in the country, on a farm, (cows, sweet, but not elegant!!) However, there are times we travel into town and then it is nice to be able to feel both classic, feminine and well dressed. I don’t know what do think of the head to toe colorful suits in fashion this year. I love wearing bright colors in general but I’m thrown by some of the suits. I did order a very pretty light lavender pant suit that is subtle. It’s not a bright lavender at all. I think I will enjoy it but we shall see. If not I can wear the pants and jacket with different items. I think of a giant Easter egg when I see some of the bright and vibrant pants suits available today. I also think of the polyester pant suits of the 1970s. People would buy them for my great grandmother Tinie. She only wore cotton dresses, and she made 95% of them. Bless her! She cut them up and turned them into crazy quilts. She made my crazy quilt coat out of several of them when I was 3. I digress! I do love the look of a bright jacket with a black, white or top and pants.

Classic over fast fashion! How about a video on how to keep your clothes looking newer, longer? My secret is cold wash, gentle cycle, and air dry on a drying rack. Whilst I wear mainly black I have recently felt that it does shut down yuh our aura . Its very insular I know it is chic and fantastic , but I'm trying lately to wear more colour as I simply lived in black for so long . An d I'm finding it quite uplifting to wear peach or pink with black also royal blue always looks good . I thrifted 3 new bags this spring..bright orange vegan leather two strap, a small square grey nylon cross body , and a blush pink vegan leather tote with O ring handles.. I found a honey hole thrift store in my town and paid $12 for these 3 bags..upcycling is a way of life for me..quality over quantity..

I live in Canada in an area where there is a large community of Italians and some of the best handbags that I own were most likely once purchased in Europe and donated by them as are of beautiful leather (not faux) which I cherish, even though they may not be of a known brand. That said; thrifted items do have their merits.

Hello! Wondering if you can do a video with white jeans and beige or white (platform) sneakers. I have never seen you wear them. I bought a few pairs one that are a leopard print and beige with the sole (rubber part) in white. I cannot wear flat sneakers bc I am only 5'1'' and I feel too short in them. I think that if you strive for the essence of what she is recommending you could find yourself with a similar look. Like all black, or jeans with a blazer. I've been doing a lot of shopping research myself and with some time and effort I've managed to find some items that are natural fabrics meaning quality material, and design dupes at american stores like TJ Max, Marshalls, etc. I have also managed to find some lower end designer clothing thrifting, even plus sizes, so if on a budget there is that option. Hope you give it a shot. It's worth trying.

Question. What do you consider high waisted/high rise? Iam not petite but seem to have a short torso. High waist hits too close to my chest in my opinion. I feel like mid rise is better and sits at my belly button. I see that when you mentioned high waisted you showed the jeans and they were showing you belly button. Wouldn't that be considered midrise? Would you say that rise is better than high for someone that has a short torso?
