Tricking your body actually works not only in Intermedia fasting athelits in all sports do as you body gets used to what you do when you excerise. That's the reason why people do certain exercises one day and next day you change your routine. You give rest to your body one day and trick the body the next day. Similarly, Gabby mentions it works in Intermediat fasting. Her tips during and how to conduct yourself during fasting are easy and effective. All and all, it's good coaching from her.
