I am practicing alpha meditation and I do it regularly... It's amazing! What the doctor says is 200 percent correct about meditation helping in reducing weight, stress, being younger, being productive and achieving the goals etc etc. Getting it into daily practice might sound hard initially but once you do that you will truly appreciate it benefits.

My husband and I have been practicing TM meditation for nearly 30 years. 20 minutes, twice a day. We are always told we look 15 years younger than we are. TM has been invaluable to us in dealing with the stresses of life.

dr pal, thank you for making these videos, I am diagnosed with an auto immune disorder called proriatic arthritis, I am 30 and I have been diagnosed with this disease since I was 20, Could you please help me with the diet, I want to know, what should I eat and what not to, like proteins, fats, fiber. I am meditating for 30 minutes since 2 months and now, instead of listening to my brain, I am in a state where I can make my brain listen to me. thank you!

I am doing heartfulness meditation from 6 months. I am completely off of medications. I am more calm, content, able to react rightway, able to think clearly and developed intuition. I highly recommend everyone to try it for atleast one month.

Dr, I'm practicing pranayam ( sitting in vajrasanam position and doing 3 type of slow breathing, bastrika breathing and Sudarshan kriya( type of slow, medium,fast breathing . Doing without missing since last December together with IF.. is this consider meditation or I need to add meditation

Hi Dr After following IF past 4 months i have reduced 10 kgs .My humble request to u to make a video to the PPL who r against time restricted feeding.. because i am getting demotivated by dem as dey r telling dat as I get old i wil lose my immunity nd will not hav energy to do work.. so plz Do a video for such PPL so we can answer dem based on ur video.
