I followed your method and my silk press lasted me for 2 WHOLE months! I would add a bit of oil when pinning though and I had about 6-8 sections. But your method made it soo easy for me. I never knew how to pin curl my hair before your video. #GreatJOB 👏🏽

I love your technique this is amazing and going to add to my routine. I normally wrap around so this is great. I couldnt go a month without washing or combing my hair bc I like to workout 4-6x a week and go for runs so this is unrealistic for me but Im going to use this for the 1st week when I do lighter workouts when i get it straightened. Thanks for the tips!!

Still thinking abt your video from the other day where you talked about insecurity. Your tutorials are very high quality. Literally yours is the only video that really taught me how to flat twist and I can’t tell you how big that is for me. As someone who also struggles with it, I know it’s hard to silence that negative voice, but your perfectionism is also a strength and it’s apparent in your work. I feel like people who add this much value to their audience don’t have be profound ALL the time. What I mean is that, not every video has to be as in depth and “educational” as this. It seems effortless bc you do such a stellar job but I know videos like this are very labor intensive. I know you didn’t ask for any of this but I feel compelled to say that if you being consistent with creating content is something you want to do, you could consider giving yourself the grace to make easier, lower effort videos to fill in the gaps. Wishing you well!
