I love this!!! As a pastry chef I love seeing people experiment and make gorgeous things. If you would like your glaze to be less uneven, it should be at around 35 Celsius before pouring. Secondly, instead of glazing a cake, try making a cake with a mousse layer on top, so your glaze has a smoother surface to run on. Great work!!

Additionally, a “glaçage mirror” is a great glaze that uses cocoa powder and still achieves that dark black color

This was so fun! You're so creative and thoughtful. I'd be so keen to see more vids like this if you had the energy as I'm sure it takes a bit of work and cleaning 😅 I always feel like that level of presentation is beyond what I can do as I'm not great in the kitchen, but this all looked super easy and got me thinking about the random stuff in my pantry I could use..
