I have made donuts using these biscuits and they come out delicious. I use the bottle cap of a single serving wine bottle to cut the hole out in the center. I haven’t done the twist ones. Instead of frying mine in oil, I do my in the air fryer, 350F for 5 minutes per side, they are amazing. Then I frost them with chocolate glaze and sprinkles.

Omgoodness Gina, I never even thought of making filled doughnuts or cinnamon twists out of the biscuits. Those look incredible! You are an amazing cook! I don't even follow anyone else anymore. No need to. 😊 Have a great day!

Just a helpful tip...stand your piping bags in a tall glass when filling them ...you can use both hands and it's not near as messy

Awesome doughnuts

Gina I made this doughnuts today. They were fantastic. My family background is Slovakia. My grandma would make them from scratch and it would take her all day getting the dough ready. She used yeast. We would have them for breakfast. The adults would eat them warm with their coffee after the morning chores on the farm. These take no time at all. My favourite are the ones stuffed with jam. Thank you for this recipe. They will be a hit when the grand babies come for a visit.🍩❤️
