How to make baked macaroni and cheese.
Ingredients:
1 Lb of elbow macaroni noodles
8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz of Vermont white cheddar cheese
8 oz of mozzarella cheese
8 oz of Colby Jack cheese
8 oz of smoked Gouda cheese
8 oz of Munster cheese
8 oz of sour cream or cream cheese ( some people add velveeta cheese)
2 teaspoons of sugar
Reserve some of the cheese for the top of your baked macaroni and cheese
3 cups whole milk for cheese sauce
1 cup of whole milk to mix with 3 large eggs ( custard)
5 tablespoons of flour
5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
3 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 chicken bouillon cube
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown edges appear and a nice crust on top.
