Yes if you want to keep 3-4 days don't add salt other wise better get tangy.

Hello. It batter is not fermant then add soda other wise no need to add soda if batter fermanted .

Nahi grind karne ke bad overnight garam jagha rakhe fermentation ke liye uske bad jitana use ho utana better nikal kar baki ka fridge me rakh sakte hai 3-4 days tak.

Store 1 weak ke liye kar sakte hai lekin mai suggest karungi 4 days k liye kyunki 4 days k bad batter tangy hone lag jata hai or smell bhi tangy ane lagti hai😊

3-4 days you can store. fir a weak also Can be stored but after 3-4 days batter get tangy so I suggest 3-4 days 😊

If you want quick or instant so Semolina (Barik suji)1 cup Gram flour (besan)¼ cup Salt as test Lemon juice Add water make a thik batter rest for 10 minutes then make dosa .

Season with good amount of oil heat tawa on high flam after heating tawa sprinkle water on tawa 2-3 tyms low the flame or you can also off the flame then add batter spread on tawa cook till it get brown.

Itni garmi me garam jagah raat bhar gakhne se khatta pan nhi ata kya ,garmi me raat ka khana to subah kharab ho jata h agar fridge mein Na rakho to FIR yah kaise kharab nahin hota 🤔

@@amreenkhan2056 No problem you can grind batter in the morning and afternoon one hour you can make dosa. Jitana dosa banana hai utana batter alag nikal kar usme meetha soda milakar dosa banalo baki ka batter fermantation knliye rakh do😊

Haan banega acha farmanted batter Raha to soda ki jaroorat nahi agar farmant nahi hua tab soda use kar sakte hain.

No need of baking soda if batter farmanted nicely. In case batter didn't get farmanted nicely then we can use baking soda.

@@saydsonu131 pehle lohe ke tawe ko ache se seasoning kare oil se fir tej garam kare uske bad Pani ke chite dekar thanda kare gas off karke batter tawe pe dal kar failaye bad me gas in karde golden brown hone per wo khud he tawa se alag hone lagega.
