That depends on the type of your Dehydrator and how low the temperature that Dehydrator can reach. Standard dehydrators' temperature can range from 85 to 160 degrees F..... but some specialty dehydrators can go as low as 20 degree F..... so depending on what type of dehydrator you have, the time and temperature will differ as well...... and also if you wish, you can keep your dehydrator on overnight too.... and also look up the video "How long does it take to dehydrate food?" by The Purposeful Pantry on KZfaq..... i think that video might help you........

it depends on how much dried shrimp you are making and on how long you plan to keep the dried shrimp..... but either way i guess that a mason jar might do, just as long as you have an air tight lid.... but vacuum sealing also will do....Vacuum sealing will make the dried shrimp last longer than it would if you just placed the dried shrimp in an air tight jar....... but try both ways and see what helps you best
