Dried Tofu Skin is one of the most versatile types of ingredients! Simply soften the skin with some water and then wrap it with meat, seafood (fish paste!) or even just use it plainly in soups or stir-fry! Personally, we love deep-frying the tofu skin until it's crispy and then mixing it into out hot pot, soups and even sometimes instant noodles! You could also have it on its own! Here are the ingredients!:
Soy Milk
400 grams Soy Beans, soaked overnight
10 to 11 cups of Water
