Lovely video, kudos to you. The reason people stir the moimoi mix for 20minutes is to incorporate air into the mix so the moimoi would be fluffier, thank me later lol. Nice one sis

Soak the beans for 4 to 6 minutes. Put in a blender and add water to cover the beans properly. Blend at the lowest level for about 2 minutes. Add more water and gently tilt the container for the water and the beans skin to run off. Repeat this process several times until all the skin comes off. For perfectly clean beans. Finally put the beans in a tray and hand pick the remaining skin. For 3 to 4 cups of beans, the process of removing the skin should take about 4 to 5 minutes.
