In this video I scrap 3 items for copper, brass, aluminum and steel to make some extra cash. I show how I scrap things to remove the copper and other valuable metals to sell for money at a scrap yard.
I made anywhere from $16-$24 an hour scrapping trash that was destined for the landfill. I you are interested in learning how to make extra money from scrapping items please consider subscribing to my channel.

UK don’t put trash out on streets, each individual has to take their own to recycling government operated centre, so you very rarely see anything on the streets for scrapping, skips and company dumpsters, it’s a bit sketchy, as you can get done for trespassing as always on private land, so no curb side in uk, it’s all junk free
@scrapitall200
@scrapitall200 11 ай бұрын
@@johnthompson9032 that’s what I was thinking it was like. I visited England a few years ago (Nottingham) and I remember never seeing the streets looking like they do here in the USA. I wonder if you can advertise that you’ll pick up certain scrap for free. Just make a list of items you would take and post an ad.

What you're calling brass next to the dirty brass, the spherical bearings, is probably sintered bronze. Price will differ from yellow brass. Just like a lot of guys throw magnesium, tin, and pot metal in with cast aluminum. They're generally higher priced, and lighter, than aluminum.
@scrapitall200
