Ingredients
1/2 cup of rice flour (Goya)
1 can of coconut milk 13.5 oz(Goya)
1/4 cup of cream of coconut (Goya)
1 cup of evaporated milk (carnation)
1/4 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Tea
1 cup of water
4 whole cloves
2 anise stars
2 cinnamon sticks
Boil Tea for 5 minutes then let sit for 5 more minutes and strain.
